Please note that most workmanship/systems coverage’s in new home warranty’s last one or two years.  Those items that may fall under the one year status include:

    • grading
    • drainage
    • concrete-brick-block and stone (non-structural)
    • carpentry
    • thermal and moisture protection (which may include siding, doors, windows and roofing)
    • finishes (which may include drywall, flooring, painting, carpeting, wall covering and tile)
    • specialties (which may include fireplaces, cabinetry, sauna and bath units)
    • septic tanks
    • plumbing issues (which in some cases may have one and two year coverage)
    • heating and cooling and the electrical system (which in some cases may have one and two year coverage)
